All of it! From Demo to Final Cleaning, our skilled tradesmen complete every phase of the job. 

-What kind of design services does Neptune Kitchen and Bath offer?
Our chief designer works with each client to develop full floor plans and 3D renderings using the latest Chief Architect software. In addition, a designer will work with you to select all the fixtures, finishes and appliances that will be used on your job and will be an integral part of your team through the completion of your project. 

-What is the cost to get an estimate?
Our estimate process is free! We will come out to the jobsite, take measurements and talk to you about your wants and needs, and prepare an estimate package for your review. 

-Where do you source the cabinets used on jobs?
We build every cabinet used on a Neptune Kitchen and Bath project. Our state of the art Cabinet Shop is located in Norfolk, where we design, cut, assemble and finish. Whether it’s kitchen cabinets and islands, bathroom vanities or custom closets, home bars, built-ins, our cabinet shop can do it in any color or finish you can dream of.  

-How are your projects managed and how do you handle billing?
All of our jobs are managed through Buildertrend. Buildertrend is a construction industry management software. It is truly a one stop shop. Everything from daily logs and photos, to schedules, contracts and billing, can be accessed through a Buildertrend portal that each client has access to.

-Once the project is completed, how do you handle warranties and service? 
All of our work is warrantied for a full 12 months upon completion. If an issue ever does arise, just give us a call! In addition, each client receives the manufacturers warranties that come with each product used on their job.
